• NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your service, this will be applied to your service balance, and is not transferrable

  • Please arrive on time, clients who are later than 10 MINUTES may result in a cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of deposit

  • Rescheduling must be done no later than ONE WEEK prior to appointment date, or a rescheduling fee may be imposed

  • Touch-up visit will be scheduled at the end of your visit, if you choose not to schedule it at this time, and it is not booked with the 8-12 week time frame following your initial visit, there will be an additional charge incurred

  • Please make sure to book during time when you will not have your children with you, or make arrangements for childcare, as this is not a safe environment for children to be in

  • If paying with a credit card or bank card, a processing fee will be added to the total amount due to transaction charges, cash payment is accepted and encouraged, NO CHECKS will be accepted as a form of payment
